United Arab List

The United Arab List or UAL was formed in 1996 as a coalition of the Arab Democratic Party (ADP) and the Islamic Movement of Israel. The party believes in Islamism and Israeli Arab interests and is committed to a Palestinian state with its capital in Jerusalem.
The party won four seats in 1996 and five seats in 1999. In 2003 they dropped back to two seats but went up to four seats in 2006 and again in 2009 they took four seats.
