Movement for Changes

The Movement for Changes or PzP was founded by a group of economists and academics in 2002 originally as an NGO but in 2006 reconstituted itself as a political party. It describes itself as centre-right and believes in Liberal Conservatism as well as being profoundly pro-European.

In the 2006 general election the party won 11 of the 81 seats in the Skupština Crne Gore or parliament; a remarkable outcome for a party fighting its first election. However, in 2009 the party dropped back to five seats in the 81 seat parliament.

The Movement for Changes will fight the 2012 general election with the New Serb Democracy (NOVA) under the Democratic Front banner. The Democratic Front has its own website –
