African People’s Convention

The African People’s Convention or APC was founded on 5th September 2007 after Themba Godi, former deputy leader of the Pan-Africanist Congress of Azania, ‘crossed the floor’. The party believes in Socialism, Pan-Africanism and African Nationalism.
The party won one seat in the 2009 general election. The party lost its one seat in the 2014 general election.
