*Thirty one seats, corresponding to the 28 provinces of Bulgaria and three additional seats reserved for the most populous areas, are now elected by a first-past-the-post system. These figures reflect the additional 26 seats which Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria gained and the 5 seats which the Movement for Rights and Freedoms gained under this system.
