San Marino Common Good win general election

The Sammarinese Christian Democratic Party (PDCS) led coalition has won the general election which took place yesterday, taking 35 of the 60 seats in the Grand and General Council. The PDCS coalition is known as ‘San Marino Common Good’.

The Socialist Party (PS) led coalition, ‘Agreement for the Country’ came second with 12 seats and a new coalition led by Civico 10 called ‘Active Citizenship’ won nine seats for the first time. One party, the Network Civic Movement, also took four seats.
