Tommy Remengesau elected as president

Tommy Remengesau has been elected as president beating incumbent Johnson Toribiong. He took 6,140 votes in the tiny electorate of 15,305 voters. The election took place on 6th November and results for the Senate and House of delegates have yet to be released.

Tommy Remengesau was formerly president between 2001 and 2008.
