30 banks put on negative outlook

Thirty banks including Banco Comafi S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.and Banco Macro S.A. have been put on a negative rating outlook from stable by Moody’s rating agency. The decision was taken because of the risks they faced as a result of increased government interventions, tighter foreign exchange controls and the enforcement of interest rate caps on credit cards.
