FM abandons Gaddafi

Libyan Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa flew to the UK yesterday (30th March 2011)  and announced that he was ‘no longer willing’ to support the Gaddafi regime.

Meanwhile the rebels have been pushed back by Gaddafi’s forces again in what is becoming a battle for about 150 miles of coastal road between Ajdabiya and Sirte roughly half way between Benghazi and the capital Tripoli.
