New fishing and farming accord with EU

The European Parliament has approved a new fishing and farming trade accord with Morocco.  The accord will reduce customs costs and the tariff reductions over ten years should raise Moroccan exports by 15%. Critics of the accord say that it will hurt French and Spanish farmers and will only benefit big farmers in Morocco.
