Parliament elects new PM

In accordance with the cross party agreement signed in December, the House of Representatives has elected a new Prime Minister.

Vjekoslav Bevanda, a Bosnia Croat, was elected by 36 votes in favour, with two votes against and three abstentions in the 42 seat chamber.

The new Prime Minister now has until the end of January to appoint a Cabinet.
