South African Budget 2015

Minister of Finance, Nhlanhla Nene, has delivered his 2015 Budget speech. In his speech the Minister said that taxes would have to rise and government spending would fall. The Minister predicted a 2% economic growth in 2015 down from previous estimates of 2.5%. The Minister also announced that there would be continued problems with power supply for another three years.
