Three year budget passed

The state press agency has issued a brief statement to say that Kazakhstan’s parliament has approved the 2013 to 2015 three year budget.

The statement published in Kazinform is as follows:

“A draft law “On Republican Budget for 2013-2015” has been approved by Kazakh Majilis at the plenary meeting.

In 2013 budget revenues will amount up to KZT 3 trillion 828 billion or 116.2 %; budget expenditures will be KZT 6 trillion 200 billion, and the budget deficit amounts to KZT 785 billion.

The draft budget is socially oriented with social spending reaching 39% of total expenditures in 2013.”

One Kazakhstan Tenge is worth 0.00653 dollars or 0.00406 British Pounds.
