Walkout by 16 members of NDC

Sixteen members of the body set up two weeks ago by Prime Minister Marouf Bakhit to discuss reforms have walked out.

The members of the 52 seat National Dialogue Committee (NDC) walked out in protest at the violence against protesters.  Those who walked out include Secretary General of the opposition Popular Unity Party, Saeed Thiab and Secretary General of the Jordan Communist Party, Munir Hamarneh.
