Putin Medvedev suffer decline in popularity

Both President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin have seen a sharp decline in their support over the past week according to a recent poll by the Levada Centre.

Putin’s popularity has fallen from 66% to 61% in just one week, the lowest he has recorded since 2000.

Medvedev has dropped from 62% to 57% and their party, United Russia has seen its ratings falling from 60% to 51%.
