President Sebastian Piñera has carried out a reshuffle of his Cabinet as his approval ratings have continued to fall to a new low of 31%. The president has also faced street protests demanding changes to the university education system as well as a general strike at the government owned copper mining company, Codelco and the collapse of a major supermarket La Polar.
Three ministers leave the government, Ena Von Baer, Felipe Kast and Juan Andrés.
