Environment Minister resigns

Minister of Environment, Foreign Trade and Export Development, Glynis Thomas has resigned from the government of Prime Minister Tillman Thomas. She is the third minister to resign since April; the others were Tourism Minister Peter David and Foreign Minister Karl Hood.

Ms. Thomas’ resignation comes three days after the Prime Minister decided to prorogue parliament indefinitely, although no explanation has been given for the resignation.
