Housing minister sacked

Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham has advised the Governor General that Housing Minister, Kenneth Russell has been relieved of his ministerial duties.

The sacking came about as a result of Russell having conducted himself in a manner ‘inconsistent with his duties as a minister.

Neko C. Grant, the Minister of Works and Transport has also taken on the Housing portfolio.
