Published

King Salman bin Abdulaziz has replaced his Labour Minister, appointing Ali bin Nasser al-Ghafis who will replace Mufrej al-Haqbani. The King also made changes to the Council of Senior Scholars and the Shura Council.

The move is reportedly to sharpen up the ministry in readiness for implementation of the Vision 2030 reforms which aim to reduce the country’s dependency on oil and move towards more foreign investment in other business areas.
