Nine ministers changed in Cabinet reshuffle

Egypt’s parliament has approved a Cabinet reshuffle which makes changes to nine ministries. The ministries of investment and international cooperation have been combined to form a new ministry. Three deputy ministers were also appointed.

The changes are as follows:

Ali Meselhy; Minister of Supply and Internal Trading

Sahar Nasr; Minister of Investment and International Cooperation

Hala El-Said; Minister of Planning and Administrative Reform

Abdul Moneim El-Banna; Minister of Agriculture

Tarek Galal Shawky; Minister of Education

Omar Marwan; Minister of Legal Affairs and Representative Councils

Hesham El-Sherif; Minister of Local Development

Khaled Abdel Ghaffar; Minister of Higher Education

Hesham Arafat; Minister of Transport
