No confidence vote delayed

Radio New Zealand International has reported that the motion for a vote of no confidence which was supposed to take place today (18th February 2011) has been postponed to Monday because of a lack of a quorum.

Meanwhile the Prime Minister is reported to have completed a reshuffle of his Cabinet with the following changes:

Ralph Regenvanu is the new Minister of Lands, Geology and Mines
Esmon Sae becomes Minister of Ni-Vanuatu Businesses
Marcellino Pipite is the new Minister of Education and
James Wango becomes Minister of Agriculture, Quarantine, Forestry and Fisheries.
