PM reshuffles Cabinet

Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare has carried out a reshuffle of some of his ministers to sharpen up reforms within the forestry sector which is an important revenue earner for the economy.

Bodo Dettke, the former minister for forestry has been moved to become the new Minister for Tourism.

Bartholomew Parapolo will now be the new Minister for Forestry.

Augustine Auga is now Minister for Provincial Government.

Dudley Kopu is now Minister for Agriculture and Livestock

Freda Tuki Soriacomua becomes the Minister for Youth and Women Affairs.

Jimson Tanangada is now the Minister for Rural Development.
