President Abdelaziz Bouteflika kick starts Cabinet with reshuffle

President Abdelaziz Bouteflika carried out a wide ranging reshuffle of his Cabinet yesterday, placing close associates into key positions. Earlier this year the president spent 80 days in Paris recovering from a stroke.
